About You
Are you a strategic thinker with a creative mind? Do you notice patterns in daily life and wonder how you can use them? Do you have a relentless desire to win? Are you able to switch gears to work on a myriad of projects at once? If you’d be happy to spend all day monitoring social media ads and are just as comfortable writing your own content as repurposing someone else’s, we want you! Some of your other awesome qualities might include: you’re not afraid to challenge the norms, you have excellent taste in music and/or beer, and your attention to detail is legendary. If this sounds like you, then you just might be one of us.

The Grind

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn for ad use

  • Create, monitor, and tweak social media as well as PPC ads

  • Help drive leads, clicks, and traffic to Rethink Creative’s clients

  • Write ad copy based on information provided by clients

  • Monitor a multitude of clients to ensure best results

  • Stick to assigned monthly ad spend budget

  • Use Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, and a myriad of other digital software to communicate with staff and clients

Other Nitty-Gritty Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 1 previous job with a similar position

  • This is a contract position with the possibility of a full-time position in the future.

  • Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications are a HUGE plus

  • A knowledge of graphic design using the Adobe Creative Suite is a PLUS
